SpamMP
Description and Purpose The SpamMP plugin is a client/server system provided by market port GmbH, Splieterstraße 27, 48231 Warendorf, Germany.
SpamMP is a client/server system consisting of the following two components: SpamMP Client (version 1.5.6): WordPress plugin for collecting and transmitting the data required for spam detection. SpamMP Server v2: Centrally operated server for checking requests and returning the decision to the client.
The plugin protects WordPress websites, forms, registrations, logins, and checkout processes against spam, automated bots, and abusive access. During use, no cookies, sessions, local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB data are stored. The following data is processed: IP address, User-Agent, domain and accessed path, request method and timestamp, form and page context, technical bot, honeypot, and captcha signals, test results, scores, and reason codes. The transmission and storage of form content is not enabled and is not used.
Legal Basis The legal basis for processing your personal data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The overriding legitimate interest of the controller lies in protecting the website, forms, registration, login, and checkout processes from spam, automated access, and abuse.
Recipients The recipient of your personal data is market port GmbH, Splieterstraße 27, 48231 Warendorf. Visitor data is not transferred to third parties. An external update service is used exclusively in connection with the licensee.
Transfer to Third Countries Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country. However, we are aware of our responsibility and regularly review the framework conditions and legal changes. In the event of a transfer to a third country taking place, we will update this information as quickly as possible.
Duration of Data Storage The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose of its collection. Furthermore, data will be erased if you assert your right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 (1) GDPR.

Objection In the event that the legal basis for processing your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR. Contractual and Statutory Obligation There is no contractual or statutory obligation to provide the data.
